Refunds

You satisfaction is important to us, we will refund your unused purchase upon request within 10 days of the transaction. 

If your purchased a consultation package and have used only a single consultation, you can request a full refund within 10 days of the transaction.

If your purchased a consultation package and have used two or more consultations, you can request a partial refund for the unused portion within 30 days of the initial purchase.

In each case, simply let us know at sales@artzok.com and we will issue a refund within 7 days.

Refunds will be made to the same credit card number or the same PayPal account for the original purchase amount. 

Abusive requests may be denied.
